milk from our cows, home-made fresh cheese made by Hannes, compotes and jellies made using the fruit from our garden and orchard, muesli, speck, alm cheese, butter and honey from nearby farms.

From the 1st of November to the 30th of April, you can choose between the hamper and a tasty brunch at our relaxation room.

Sample it in your apartment, or buy something to take home with you, to enjoy that little holiday magic and atmosphere for just a bit longer. Have a look at our produce corner! You will find fruit compotes, vinegar, fresh butter and cheese, dried fruit jellies, syrups, dried herbs, jar vegetables, eggs from our quails and much more.
